Plungie Original: Small Backyard Plunge Pool

The total cost of a Plungie Original depends on your site, whether it's installed in-ground, semi-recessed or above ground, crane access, and the finishes and extras you choose. Because the shell arrives ready to install, you skip much of the excavation and build time of a traditional pool. Your local installer will give you a full quote once they've checked your site.

For tighter yards, courtyards, and city lots, the Studio (12' x 7') or the round Arena (11'5") are great compact options. For larger families or bigger yards, the Max (20' x 10') gives you more room to swim. The Original sits right in the middle. You can compare every model side by side.

Yes. The Original can be installed in-ground, semi-recessed, or fully above ground. On a sloping lot, a semi-recessed install can work with the grade instead of against it, and above ground, the concrete exterior can be clad or finished to suit your home.

The Original is shipped from our Texas facility as a single precast concrete shell with a dry weight of 17,500 lbs, then craned into place. We are the manufacturer and supplier only — the installation is organized by you through a local builder, pool builder, or structural landscaper; depending on your location. In some locations, you can even install it yourself as an owner-builder.
