Installed our Plungie Max pool about 1.5 years ago. I absolutely love this thing. Wallaby Pools of Nashville (Winston) is fantastic and did a great job with clear communication and follow up. There was a small bit of warranty work to be done on the liner once the pool was set. This was cosmetic. Plungie communicated that clearly and got it accomplished with the help of Wallaby. Got the heated salt-water and it’s been perfect for our smaller in-town yard. Didn’t want our backyard dominated by a pool and this 10x20 Plungie Max checked the boxes perfectly. I am still in the process of finishing my Plungie pool, but so far, everything has been great. Plungie worked with me to coordinate shipping dates and delivered on time flawlessly. Product looks great too. Complete with construction cover to protect it while my house is being built. I got my 10x20 Plungie max pool in the ground using Luke Parsons Design Build. Luke worked very closely with Damian at Plungie to make it seamless for me. I’ll post another review once everything is hooked up and running! Stay tuned.

Plungie support & warranty reps have been great - very easy to work with and accommodated a variety of different issues. While naturally you don't want to have any issues at all, Plungie did make it easy to get them remediated. Sharon & Brian were our reps and were great to work with.

Installed my pool in June ‘24 and had some minor issues with the coating. The company was able to send a team out and completely redo the coating better than it was before. Not to mention Mambo and team were some of the best most effective workers I’ve seen in a long time.
