Our plungie has been an amazing pool for our three young boys to learn how to swim. The customer service is also amazing - we had a minor issue with our internal light and the plungie team sent someone to fix the light within days and reimbursed us for all costs associated with re-filling the pool. Would definitely recommend

We are extremely satisfied with our Plungie Original pool. The rapid installation and minimal site disruption were particularly impressive. The eco finish interior is also a standout feature, offering a comfortable feel underfoot compared to traditional pebblecrete, which can be rough on toes and swimwear. Additionally, the Plungie team has been incredibly supportive, and their after-sales service is outstanding.

Owner built my Plungie pool in Sydney 4 years ago. Best investment ever. The end to end service is 7 star and in addition had a small cosmedic issue, this week, that Nigel, Jason and Kev attended and were legends. I plan to move house soon and look forward to doing it all over again

We have owned an original Plungie for about 5 years. Low maintenance, great design. Love it. A month ago the underwater light fitting popped off ( never a safety issue). After contacting Plungie they came out and repaired it, they paid for replacement chemicals and water. Other minor defects were repaired at the same time. I have found them to be a great company to deal with. Cheers
