ContinueEvery Plungie comes with an internal thermo polymer coating, known as ecoFinish.
ecoFinish is a highly engineered form of powder coating that’s heat-blasted onto the internal shell of the pool, forming a completely sealed, flexible, waterproof membrane that’s both luxurious to the touch, and highly durable.
With six versatile ecoFinish colours available, achieving your landscape design vision is simple. Rest assured, our ecoFinish colours will not fade or mottle, so the pool interior coating will look great for years to come.
ecoFinish doesn’t just look good — it feels good too. It’s intentionally engineered to be gentle and easy on feet, unlike other pool interior finishes that can degrade and become abrasive over time. We apply ecoFinish to the pool stairs in such a way that increases slip resistance, providing added safety and security where you need it most.
We recommend using a coping tile for the top edge of all models to integrate your pool with your surrounds. These can be purchased from any tile retailer and installed by a trade professional.
We also offer a waterline pool tile provision. This is a provision that can be made for the ecoFinish to stop at the bottom of the skimmer entry. This will allow you to apply a waterline tile to your pool once installed.
In addition to this, we offer an alternative raw concrete interior pool finish; a great option if you are looking to tile your entire pool.
If your pool design doesn't call for coping tiles we also offer the option to apply ecoFinish over the top edge of the Plungie.
Please contact our team to learn more. Note, this must be specified at the time of ordering.

Plaster: Plaster is one of the most traditional and widely used pool coatings. It is a mixture of white cement, marble dust, and water. Plaster coating requires regular maintenance and resurfacing every 5 to 10 years due to wear and tear.
Exposed Aggregate: This type of pool coating combines plaster with small pebbles, stones, or glass beads.
Pool Tile: Pool tiles are a popular choice for an upscale look. They come in a variety of materials, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, and stone. Tiles offer an elegant solution, but they can be more expensive and challenging to install and maintain.
Fiberglass: Fiberglass pool coatings involve the application of a prefabricated fiberglass shell to the pool's surface. This coating is resistant to algae growth. It may require occasional buffing and refinishing over time.
Vinyl: Vinyl pool coatings consist of a vinyl liner placed over the pool's structure. They can be prone to punctures and may need replacement every 7 to 10 years.
Epoxy Paint: Epoxy coatings provide a durable and chemical-resistant finish for concrete or plaster pools. They are relatively easy to apply and can last for several years. However, they require recoating every 5 to 7 years.
