Marlowe, designed & developed by Sandbox Properties, built by Hutchinson Builders, is located in Runaway Bay, Gold Coast. Featuring 7 Plungies that take full advantage of the stunning ocean views and indoor/outdoor living.
The team at Sandbox Properties aimed to a deliver a collection of 4-level waterfront residences with a classic coastal façade that complements the breathtaking location, the relationship between inside and out and continuous Broadwater vistas. The raw material selections and cascading greenery masterfully capture and celebrate the natural surrounds. Accessed via individual entrances both street and waterside, Marlowe embraces a lasting feeling of comfort, creating the essence of a standalone home.

Sandbox Properties installed not one but seven Plungies at their stunning multi-residential Gold Coast development, Marlowe. Using a Sincere design approach they were able to take full advantage of the oceanfront location, maximizing indoor/outdoor living.
Unrivalled Leisure Spaces
Each residence was constructed with its very own Plungie, outdoor shower and private boat mooring just steps away from their back porch, providing an unmatched experience of leisure and relaxation.
Multiple Plungies Successfully Installed
A project of this size required the installation of an impressive seven Plungies, guaranteeing complete privacy for the future owners. This allows residents to enjoy their luxurious waterfront views in their very own oasis.
