Every Plungie is covered by a 10-year structural and internal ecoFinish warranty to give you peace of mind. Thanks to our quality assurance processes, we can confidently guarantee that Plungies will stand the test of time. 

We use market-leading software to track and record every Plungie’s progress throughout production. This ensures that no pool moves to the next step in the production process until it’s up to standard.     

We also complete four concrete strength tests during the manufacturing process — one before the concrete mix is poured, another when the pool shell is first removed from its mould, a third test seven days later and a final check at 28 days. This way, we can be certain that our pools have an industry-leading compressive strength of 50MPa. 

While some concrete pool alternatives are installed on a crushed rock base, every Plungie must be installed on a level concrete slab. This best-practice installation method is the only way to guarantee the structural integrity of your pool as it prevents point loading. 

Point loading occurs when weight is concentrated on a single point of a structure, causing stress and potential structural damage. An uneven base for your pool can lead to uneven distribution of weight and compromise the integrity of your pool shell. We require our Plungie Partners to fill in a completion report at the end of each project so we can ensure that each of our pools is installed in line with our standards.
