Plungie are delighted to be able to showcase the latest finished project from award-winning custom home builder Latitude 37 featuring a Plungie Max.
We first profiled this project in May 2021 when the pool was installed into the centre of the block before the main house was constructed. The benefits of this process meant that Latitude 37 were able to streamline the whole process and reduce the number of trades on site at any given time.
Now the luxury architecturally designed home has been completed and welcoming its new owners. The design of the Mt Eliza home wraps beautifully around a courtyard style outdoor space giving views of the pool from the master bedroom, main living areas and second and third bedrooms.
This design aesthetic gives an openness to the house while also ensuring privacy and a relaxed vibe focussed on entertainment. The centrepiece of the outdoor space is a 6 x 3m Plungie Max finished in Kona Coast next to an outdoor entertaining area.
As an additional detail, one side of the Plungie Max remains above ground and is visible from the second bedroom with a small private garden.
This was Latitude 37’s first experience using a Plungie in a project with more already in the works.
